First of all, thank you for your effort! Thank you for wanting to help me. Do you perhaps have another tool for me to pull the hash?

Perhaps you could start by telling us what tool you used? And on what operating system? And something about the PDF file, as visible from with Adobe Reader or a similar PDF application? For instance, what is the file's version information? What operations does the PDF file allow or forbid?
